How to Change Windows 7 Login Screen

Click Start Button and in Search Box type "regedit" on press Enter, and then Click Yes.
Right Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE click Find
Search for OEMBackground.
If not found follow the path, and create OEMBackground Entry by Right Click>New >DWORD (32-bit)Value, Rename the new created entry to "OEMBackground"

"Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Authentication / LogonUI / Background'

Once you are done with finding/creating the "OMBackground" Entry, Double Click it.
Change Value Data from 0 to 1 and Close the Registry Editor.

Open My Computer and follow the path

Path: Cdrive > Windows > System32 > oobe> info >backgrounds
if info > backgrounds folders are not found, create these. If already exist, Skip the next three steps.
